About Us
The Cooke Law Firm's principal is Chris Cooke, a tax, estate planning, and business attorney. His office is located in Liberty Station close to downtown San Diego. Featuring free parking and an abundance of shops, restaurants, and stores, Chris' office is conveniently located in the heart of San Diego County.
Chris' practice areas allow him to provide significant benefit to his clients. His ability to assist with business and tax matters makes his office a "one stop shop" for individuals and companies looking to minimize professional fees and time spent on corporate and tax administration. His estate planning practice gives his clients the ability to solve personal matters, including the development of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney to allow for the orderly succession of their estate to their heirs. When necessary, Chris can resolve matters through appearing before the Probate Court.
Chris is a 1981 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.
